| You need to register with us, so you can beigin shopping with us and we can communicate and update you on your orders. You can register by clicking on the link "Register if not a member" in the Login section or by clicking on the My Account link or when you are about to add an item to the cart. Your registration information includes your Name, Billing Information, Email Address and Password. Your Email is your User Id. You can manage your account online by logging in, using your Email and Password. Once you are logged in, you can Update your profile and view your shopping list. |

| You must log in before you can begin shopping, you can view your shopping cart, check out and account details once you are logged in. You begin by choosing the product of your choice, by clicking on the Category buttons or links or/and the Sub-Category links and follow the instructions provided. If you have any questions please fill out the form by clicking on the "Contact Us" link. Once you are ready to confirm your order, and are paying by Credit Card, you will be redirected to Payseal, ICIC Bank's secure payment system, where your payment information is secured and certified by Verisign. |

Your credit card information is secured via ICICI Banks Payseal, which is secured by Verisign, using the latest encryption technology and other methods to protect your credit card.
Your transaction is further secured by the 3dsecure system. This new security level is called VBV - Verified by Visa or MSC - MasterCard SecureCode. After submitting your Credit Card details on the website order confirmation page, you will be redirected to your Bank's website. Here, you will need to enter your Visa/MasterCard password. After doing so, you will be redirected back to ICICI Banks Payseal secure payment page to complete your transaction; the result of the transaction will be displayed on our website. |

| Once you are logged in you can modify your personal Details (e-mail address, phone numbers, password), shipping information, billing details; Just log into your account and click on "Update my Profile", or "Change my Password". The password must have at least 8 characters. It is also case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, then click on "Forget Password" link. You must remember your User Id (Email address) and must enter your name and you will be sent an email confirmation. You can then log in by using your new password. |

| Once you have registered with us and logged into your account, you can click on Shopping Cart Icon displayed to your immediate right and on the upper right hand corner and view the shopping cart from any page. You can delete any of the items from the cart by clicking on the "delete" link displayed along with each item detail. In similar fashion you can update the quantity for each item by clicking the "update" link and following the instructions. The shipping costs and totals will be updated automatically. If you are ready to check out you can click the "Check Out" button or you can click the "Continue Shipping" button to add more items to the cart. Once you check out, you will be asked to fill out shipping address and to confirm your order by choosing payment method, either COD or Credit Card. |
